Hailing from Puglia, the sun-drenched heel of Italy, and Kashubia, Poland's Baltic lake county, here they present 'Italia, Polska' - where Italian Caprese meets Smoky Polish Cheese (Handmade in the Agata style!) and 'Peasant Pasta Passatelli' meets Golden Wintry Polish Broth.

For six weeks only, a menu built uniquely for In Residence is touring from high street to farm shop. Limited seats, intimate candlelight, six courses and a welcome cocktail - with both chefs cooking a few feet from your table, and café spaces transformed with beautiful but low-key fanfare. One room, one night, and then we move on.

This is the story of two countries with more in common than you might think.
