Work a residency with us
We run intimate pop-up dinners across Greater London - usually Thursday to Saturday, three to four nights a week. We're always looking for experienced front-of-house who can move well in a small, chef-led room.
What we look for
A confident floor - comfortable with pacing, with wine, and with a table of people who are there to eat well. We work with a chef in residence, so everyone on the floor represents the kitchen as much as the service.
What we offer
Competitive guaranteed pay, a share of the discretionary service charge through our tronc, and an early finish. Shifts are self-contained evenings: one sitting, one table per sitting. We work across Greater London.
